1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • You will receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is placed, and a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

  • During high-demand periods (such as product launches, promotions, or holidays), processing times may take slightly longer.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Domestic Shipping (USA): Standard delivery typically arrives within 3–7 business days once shipped.

  • International Shipping: Delivery times vary by destination and may take 7–21 business days depending on customs clearance.

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

3. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

  • International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by their local government.

  • Tarfa Beauty is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or additional charges once the package enters your country.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

  • Once a package is confirmed as delivered by the carrier, Tarfa Beauty is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments.

  • If your package is delayed or missing in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number for assistance.

  • We will do our best to support you, but we cannot guarantee replacement or refund for carrier-related issues.

6. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered at checkout is correct and complete. Tarfa Beauty is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

7. Pre-Orders & Special Releases

  • Any products marked as pre-order will ship according to the estimated date provided at checkout.

  • If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, it may be shipped separately.
