  • Contact Lenses: Our lenses are for cosmetic, non-corrective purposes only. They are not intended to correct vision or replace prescription eyewear. Misuse may cause eye irritation or discomfort. Always handle lenses with clean, dry hands and follow provided instructions. Do not share lenses with others.

  • Cosmetic Products (Eyeliner, Lashes, Haircare): All products are for external use only. Avoid contact with eyes (except cosmetic lenses) and discontinue use if irritation occurs.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring they are not allergic or sensitive to any ingredients or materials. Full ingredient lists are provided on packaging.

  • Tarfa Beauty is not liable for misuse, improper storage, or application of products.

3. Orders & Payments

  • All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

  • We reserve the right to update product pricing, discontinue items, or change product details without prior notice.

  • Orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship orders within the timeframe specified on our website. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays or international customs.

  • Tarfa Beauty is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Due to hygiene and safety standards:

  • All sales are final.

  • We only accept exchanges if a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.

  • Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order, with photo evidence provided.
